The medals mounted in the swing-style and as worn by the recipient. The silk ribands suspended from a white metal mounting bar which latter retains its long hinged pin & clasp fittings. A period  mounting dated to circa 1954, as the  recipient had originally worn the medals with the riband only of the UN award displayed as a riband only 'Hanger' (evidently awaiting issuance). On receipt of the UN medal, the recipient attached the medal with its original brooch clasp fittings onto the earlier UN riband hanger
