Kenneth Wallace James Walker was born in Ahmednagar, Bombay Presidency, India. 16 March 1928, and attested for the South Staffordshire Regiment on 8 February 1946. He transferred to the Royal Army Pay Corps in September 1956, and was promoted Staff Sergeant on 2 October 1962. He was awarded his Long Service and Good Conduct Medal on 4 February 1964, and was promoted Staff Quartermaster Sergeant on 2 October 1965. He was discharged on 14 July 1968, and died in Winchester, Hampshire. England on 22 July 2003
